Gawain abducted Frolle’s lady and was defeated in combat by Frolle. Lamorat, witnessing Gawain’s defeat, engaged Frolle to protect the honor of the Round Table. Frolle was killed in the duel. His brother Bellyas tried to avenge his death and failed.
