GORLAGON

A king whose wife used a magic wand to turn him into a wolf. As a wolf, Gorlagon served Arthur. When Arthur learned Gorlagon’s story, he obtained the magic wand and restored Gorlagon to his true form. Gorlagon's tale is found in the Latin romance Arthur and Gorlagon (fourteenth century).
