The Eagle of Gwernabwy is the fourth wise animal that Arthur’s warriors consulted on their quest to find the imprisoned Mabon. The Eagle sent them on to the Salmon of Llyn Llyw. In the Triads, the Eagle is listed among the “three Elders of the World.”
