MOTHER GODDESS
Earth Goddess
A generic term used to denote the beneficent powers of the earth, which were normally personified in a powerful fertility goddess. The Mother Goddess, sometimes called the Earth Goddess, is common to most pagan cultures, and she was usually developed so that various aspects of her all-powerful nature manifested themselves in many different deities.
