Lanvernis [Lanerv]
A city in Scotland, near Caranges, ruled by King Aguisant and plundered by Saxons in the early days of Arthur’s reign.

Lanverunz [Lanveranz]
In Wolfram’s Parzival, a land ruled in Arthur’s time by Duke Astor. The name is given to the duke himself in one instance, probably a mistake.

Lanyon Quoit
A stone structure in Cornwall, not unlike a table, where Arthur was supposed to have eaten a meal before his last battle.

Lapland
According to Hakluyt's Travels (sixteenth century), this region of Scandinavia was said to have formed the eastern border of Arthur's empire.

Latinale
A rich city given to Largina by King Amorotto, her lover.

Laudelet
A lake on the border of Ordohorht, where Gawain visited Lady Fortune.

Lausanne
A lake in Switzerland where Arthur slew a devil cat, at the Hill of the Cat.
