Sorhaute
Malory mentions this in I:
a city that hight Sorhaute, the which city was within King Uriens' [land].
This would put it in Gore. The Vulgate, however, seems to put Sorhaute in Sorelois [Surluse], Duke Galeholt's favorite subkingdom. Malory may be mistaken about placing it in Uriens' hands, or he or his immediate source may have confused the name Sorhaute or a variant thereof with Gohorru, the capital of Gore. I would put Sorhaute in Surluse.
