Vlad Tepes, more known as count Dracula ruled in Transylvania in the 1400's. A manuscript from that time about the Rumanian ruler's cruelties are found in a convent's library in S:t Gallen in Switzerland. Among other things Vlad Tepes is said to have taken 300 gipsys, had three of them fried and forced the others to eat them up.
The seven pages long account were written sometime in the 1460's by two monks who succeeded to escape the impalement, ordered by Vlad Tepes. It has been laying for centuries in the library and were found by Karl Schmucki, a scientist who collects material for a new book about Dracula.
